It’s obviously true that the voice assistant app Siri helps the iPhone 4S to stay alive in the smartphone industry ahead than their rivals expected and no doubt that the legacy is still going on. Since then, there wasn’t any giants in the whole smartphone community to beat Apple’s voice assistant app Siri. But now, a contender has just been released which is named as Evi, a perfect Siri clone and it may be the best in the business. The most significant trait of Evi is that it is capable to run on both iOS and Android platforms. Android version of Evi is currently in beta stage, but still you can download the beta version from the Android market.
Evi has featured in one of the popular tech blog Techcruch where they say that, one of the reason why the Evi is presently being flagged as the best rival of Siri is because of the algorithm that the developers have integrated in Evi which is able to find better and relevant information from the web. It’s been clear from the info that the Evi is using the same voice recognition technology like Siri, but it still has a serious drawback which iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch users will never gonna like. It’s currently not capable to launch or interact with default iOS applications like what the Siri does and performs the best.

I have installed Evi on my iphone 3g OS 4.2.1. It works just fine, I have been enjoying it. But, how do u erase all the questions and answers. I can scroll through hundreds, all the way back to my first question. It doesn’t give me the option to erase or delete.
According to the latest info from the Eve developers, option to clear the question history will be added in the upcoming version. They are waiting for the approval from the Apple app store. Here is their Facebook page, you can check it for the latest happenings of Evi.
What version of Android is required? It won’t let me download it from the market, shows my Xperia as an incompatible device.
It might be because an older version Android is running on your phone. Try their latest version Eve, there may be a chance.
